Thanks for sharing. I like how to just sit and show the daily data. When looking to see how close to list price the properties sold for in my Stellar MLS you have to go down to price history. The listing data on main top section will only show the list price at time of sale. Therefore, lp/sqft to sp/sqft data is very misleading.
