Hi! I'm Taylor. I work with Hampton Roads buyers and sellers looking to invest in their futures through local real estate.
Over the past few years, I have been an active member of the community by helping local folks just like you with their property transactions. I pride myself on walking each client through their own personalized process and I can't wait to bring the experience to you!
If you're looking for a real estate agent who prioritizes their clients needs, personalizes each transaction, and invests back into Hampton Roads, then I would love to work with you!
When I'm not helping clients meet their real estate goals, I love to spend time at the beach with my pup and drinking way too much coffee.
Want to work together? Call or text me anytime at 434-315-3224!
When I grew up in the north end years ago , Chesapeake was considered the capital of the dismal swamp , with mosquitoes the size of birds , and sparsely populated by pick up driving drunk rednecks . Some were my family members . I recognized your name as I guess your family has been in this business a long time
Hi! I received a package at my over in the Netherlands for someone called Jerome who lives at this address in the US... Can anyone help me get in touch to figure out if they received the package that was destined for me?
@@sacali4654 look on the Northern side of Suffolk. Suffolk is a very large city (that should be a county) that contains many smaller cities. Old Downtown is getting better but stick to the northern end of old downtown. Kings Fork Road and Godwin Blvd area. Avoid East Washington a few blocks north of south of it. Avoid the Factory area (Factory Street) Be mindful of where the trains are! The trains will drive you crazy! We're close to the shipping ports and trains run all day and night with those horns blowing and backing up traffic. Suffolk is great, don't get me wrong there, just certain little areas I won't go to. 95% of the residents here are amazing and friendly people, it's the 5% that make me worry. I would definitely choose Suffolk again. If you or you have family looking for jobs, the Ship Building yard has plenty. They also just opened a casino not far from here. Kraft foods is here, Planters Peanuts is here. Unilever Group is here. Good companies to work for. The City of Suffolk usually has good jobs posted also! Look around Kings Fork Road, Holland Road (Highway 58) is getting a complete rebuild, the homes are nice, the area is peaceful. Highway 58 is a trucking route but it takes you all the way to the connectors to Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Chesapeake. Suffolk is Growing in leaps and bounds! New homes are replacing the rundown rentals every day! New apartment complexes with elevators also! We like it here, our neighbors are friendly (we keep the creeps off our small street, no fussing allowed!) The restaurants are good, plenty to pick from with Doordash delivery from most! Suffolk has a bit of that small town conservative feeling. Friendly and willing to lend a hand. I fully believe Suffolk is a good choice but I hate to see people choose the wrong neighborhoods to live in. Up and Coming means you'll live by a few rundown homes until the owners get off their butts and fix them up, the city is pretty good about making them do so. You're always welcome to come and check us out! If you like River Front living this is the place to be!

Hi, thank you for the video. Its really informative. I will be migrating in Suffolk late this month. I would like to ask if you recommend good apartments near sentara obici hospital. Thanks
Looking for hotel accommodations in this area but having trouble finding something nearby, do you have any suggestions?....Looks quite enough to spend the day in peace getting in touch with the atmosphere!
Yes please. $200 rent increase putting us at $1620 for a 2 bedroom... a 250k house estimated $1600 a month in payments for mortgage taxes and insurance. I am 100% done trying to rent again after this past renewal. Hoping to get a game plan for closing July 2023.
@@leinadahn8359 ohhh nice! I know tons of agents in that area! If you’d like, feel free to message me your contact info and I’d be happy to introduce you! My number is 757-354-4283.
This was a great video! I don’t see a lot of realtors (Hampton Roads area) taking viewers into restaurants. I just found the Veil Brewery because of you. Thanks!
