Just because something is artificial or man made doesnt mean that it's going to kill you ffs. You don't need to avoid fast food like it's the plague. It's a perfectly good option once in a while if you're in a rush. As long as it isn't your primary source of food, it's perfectly safe to eat. An individual who is sincere about giving health advice would be encouraging moderation instead of demonising a whole class of food.
