Detroit were master instigators and pests. They pushed the envelope just enough to make the other players draw first blood, letting the Pistons get away with everything like they were the victims. Pure genius. Just like that kid in the neighborhood that we ALL grew up with. We all knew he was a little bastard and instigated EVERYTHING, but you just couldn't get him in trouble or make anything stick. God bless you, Bad Boys! You sure made Detroit proud!
LOVE YOU BILL!!! YOU WERE THE TRUE PRINCE OF DARKNESS. BORN A BRAWLING, DRINKING, CUSSING, BAD-ASS!!!! You were so damn fun to watch. You made M.J. into what he was. You beat the tar out of him. 😂😂😂
2:56 lol what? 1) chuck you’re not urban grew up in a small country town 2) It was invented by a Massachusetts teacher for his class at break time. Then got popular with upper class colleges. It didn’t get popular with the inner cities for about 60 years after it was invented.
You've heard all 'the G.O.A.T.' talk. But it's interesting, during the 1980 NBA finals between the Lakers and Sixers, Kareem went down with a serious injury and the Lakers needed someone, to not only play center, but also defend Dawkins! - No easy task. Magic 'stepped up to the plate.' You know what happened next.🏆 My point is, could've Jordan, Kobe, LeBron, or Curry, handle a similar task? More on Magic. One All-Star game several years ago, Tom Chambers of the Phoenix Suns was awarded the game MVP award. If I'm not mistaken he had more than 40 points. Well, most of his points came by way of Magics' assist. So on one hand, Magic was an apex facilitater. Running the point, and the other, he played center well. Especially in a championship game! In his rookie year! C'mon brah.🐐
You can tell Larry Brown told the team they had to send the double to Shaq sooner for the adjustment from game 2. The weakside shaded down more before Shaq even touched the ball on many occasions this game. This was also the game Malone only played like 12 total minutes so they were able to demolish the Lakers on the inside. This series probably goes 7 if Malone doesn't get hurt.
I would've liked to have heard Mike Fratello's response to Marv on other NBA coaches disagreeing with Chuck Daly, on the shedding of the Bad Boys image.
don nelson would be the head coach of my all-time warriors team and the starting lineup would be stephen curry mitch richmond rick barry nate thurmond and legend wilt chamberlain
