I'd like to see you do more edits. I'm particularly interested in how you'll add the "Dr. Funkenstein Speaks" to Betcha. Also, I think I'd be fun to hear the *Walkabout* lyrics over this.
Hi Squidge!! Very Nice to meet you, I went across your Channel and I really love what you do !! I'm also a passionate of music, especially old school funk! I produced this documentary about 80s funk music this year and met incredible artists (D Train, SKYY, Imagination, EWF, Kool and the gang, shalamar...) I thought to share with you this movie ! Have a wonderful day - Feel free to share with your community 🎶🎶Let's keep the funk alive, Mel ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YcXXM6Ufx30.html
I got into the music in my twenties and it has grown with me all these years later now that I’m in my fifties. George is an incredible artist/catalyst/shaman/writer/visionary. He was the head of the team - and what a team of geniuses he had. Awe inspiring music and attitude.
Jesus loves us all 🌈 Ephesians chapter 6--The great Humble geniuses and all of us will be in heaven (swing low chariot will take us to our long) home & Lord have mercy I'll Humbly marry my greatest Senator of California Dr. Kim Nicole Kardashian esquire forever❤🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️🏌️
ACTUALLY Sly Stone was the original Funk Master who George Clinton credited in interviews for influencing him after The Parliament disbanded. I was a pre-teen and teenager in the 60's , 70's and 80's and was fortunate to see many artists during that era in concert , especially Sly and The Family Stone , Earth Wind and Fire, Rick James and Tina Marie , and James Brown. I also still have 45 vinyl records and Albums of many artist of those era's.😊
My older brother was the one who introduced me to Funk and to Parliament/Funkadelic it was so funny but so funky i thank my brother for introducing me to the funk
Hey there, I want to get my hands on track, which plays every time we see Danny Boy riding stolen car... Do you have that music? "Danny boy" by Mark Davis, but i could not find it anywhere
His music sounds literally like what I would imagine the caverns in the torments of Hell sound like where people's fleshly limbs are being torn apart day and night
Thank you so much for doing the thing that I've always wanted to do but didn't have the know-how. I have loved this movie and the soundtrack since the late 80's. When I found out the sad truth that the soundtrack was not just unavailable but lost, I was a bit bereft. And now it's all fixed. Thank you again.
I was just pondering how to share this to my buddies and read the same sad news myself, so glad this is here to share! And what a great movie! Was lucky enough to have HBO and Cinemax growing up and it was awesome getting to watch this almost daily! And my first crush with Lori, this and "Secret Admirer", then "Full House" 😊
The outro…Blowin my mind…🥹…this is the most amazing diamond in the rogue hidden pearl easter egg sleeping beauty of a coda or track, of an album really. So beautiful and amazing and celestial and transcendent really man. Thank you so much for shining the light❤
