Thanks for great cooking ideas...i am a lackluster cook but these recipes are do-able for me...not so much do-able with the mandolin that im trying to learn at 76. Btw, i hated classical thus never practiced the piano thompson books, finally, and at long last, via utube clickbait for fiddler which hooked me, then paganini that you did, at long last i am appreciating it.
