Hey brother I have a few questions about Hirshbach is there anyway I can communicate with you I’m a trucker and just looking for some insight on that company
Man you need come on over to the LTL gang. Home everyday and make the same amount of money without the responsibility. And some LTL companies even have teams where you can make more and be home on weekends.
The communication on your videos are very horrible. It’s weird how you said you want to start a vblog but don’t interact with your followers, nor assist them with the answers they are asking. That’s not how u do your, subscribers
I'm Sal AL with JoyRide Logistics, making $1,635 gross salary company driver weekly pay. I started on 1/22/2024 with JoyRide dry van company over the road truck driver. Take in bank $1,303.97 weekly net pay. Plus, I get $575 monthly safe driving bonus consistently. My Net weekly pay after safety bonus was $1,708.24 in bank!!! Drive a dedicated route with dry van easy safe lane from Goodyear AZ to Lamirada, CA. Then, I pick up an Amazon load back to Phoenix AZ. Loads are lightweight with only a dirt truck parking lot in Phoenix Arizona. They are empty cans of Monster energy drinks or Sprite. Plus, I drive the lower west coast from Goodyear Arizona to Lamirada, California, where driving all year is safe away from the bad weather potential to avoid accidents and traffic jams! Truck I'm driving is a Freightliner Cascadia white color 2022 with 157,767 low miles with medium-sized Whirlpool refrigerator, APU, and TV mount, governed at 74 mph automatic transmission. I'm saving $1k a week to buy my own truck. I'm thinking of working at JoyRide for the next 2 years until I get my own truck.
I can relate to your life on a personal level. I got a big family at home and one of the hardest thing is to be OTR for 5to6 weeks. I’m from Elizabeth NJ and was wondering if the company has loads out my way? Once your done with your time OTR does the company pay your commute?
If you ask me it’s just like any company they’re as good as you make it they keep you running good communication and good equipment I don’t have no complaints
Stay blessed bro I’m from Louisiana too, I have been away from the reefer game for a minute but I’ve been giving Hirschbach a close look. Loving the content for sure bro I’m looking forward to the next one
Depends mine is 112 weeks and there’s a ballon payment that you have to get outside financing 4 or they pay you lease completion and you can get in a brand new truck
I’m currently waiting on them to get my results for the hair in. I stay in Hammond, LA. I had to drive to Sapulpa, OK. because the Denton location was full. Nate was my recruiter
You notice how you got the most reviews out of all your videos on this One it's because it's at least review they thought you were gonna talk about the money That's why I've got the most reviews people wanna know about the money I'm sure you were interested in the money when you were looking at things wealthy trucker
Give it time. Hirschbach is the reason the FMCSA wants to see leases across the industry. Hirschbach is a predatory lease company. For those that are too cowardly that don't want to own their truck, they can rent one from companies like Hirschbach. You are not owner operators, you are high priced company drivers. There are good people who work for them, but they are few and far between.
I don't like how you said cowardly...I mean unless you can afford to buy everybody a truck that might be the only way for a person to get to that next step.... Think about that!
Naw we didn’t have to do any presentation. If he didn’t get hired he either failed a drug test or driving test. The driving/backing test is pretty easy tho so 🤷🏾♂️
