Dubai is a place with a lot of big building stuffed with small rooms and charging outrageous rents despite thete being no demand and the rents are decided by the sheikh
I live in Dubai and it's better and bigger than this. I don't understand how is this extremely overpriced rent. I pay 5 times lesser and have very good building with parking and view is fine aswell.
