These pictures do not reflect the true condition of this hotel. It's very dirty and customer service is very poor. Recent stay was awful.. Unsafe electrical panels and disgusting room. Management want to give us points for a stay somewhere else in future! Not my family. No refund given. Not happy. Bad experience.

We have to consider that quality, standards, and the hotel's responsibility in ensuring guest satisfaction can all change over time. It's quite unfortunate what you've experienced.

Hello! At the time of this video as mentioned, the beach access was JM $1000.00. However if dining,the purchase of a meal and a drink per person gives you free access to the beach. Not sure if that has changed.
