Thank you for your comment. You have mentioned this but i have also had people saying the opposite to you. The attention span for alot of long videos,. ppeople do not sit and watch the entire video. So therefore i shorten the videos. Also if i have long videos on the website, it will slow down the website and people may not be able to open a link when in an area that does not have a strong signal. There are pros and cons . I have lengthened some of my videos. Thank you for your critique.
before making a judgment like that I suggest you see all the videos that represent this land., If you were to caluclate the amount for all the machinery to cultivate and maintain the vineyard, the equipment used for making wine, the irrigation of 200,000m2 of land provided by to large lakes with 60 x30 and 60 x 40 and 15 meters in depth. The irrigation system is on timers. The amount of investment that the vines can produce each year. There is a substantial income here. Have a look at the web link and then see if you still think that it is a bad investment. The old house, has a new roof, it is sturdy but needs renovation that is true. If you want people to engage publish a working link to the listing. Publish the size of the ruin. Type of land the ruin is on you know - useful information.
thankyou for your feedback, I will update this information. At the moment although the ruin is on the land, the existing ruin is not registered with the town hall ( it is in process with the existing family. They have been informed by the townhall that once it is registered it can be urbanised. I dont want to specify exact m2 of the ruins as there is the main ruin and additional ruins . Only with an architeict they can give an exact m2 of allowence of build.
It's most disappointing that the video has absolutely no introduction. Please repeat and consider a major revision/redo. This place looks like it deserves it. How much should also be included, even if you only place the price in the description area. If you expect people to want to spend their hard earned money with you, then please put your back into it. Not to be harsh, but this was something I potentially would have had an interest in. 🤔 You can make the effort to do better with when dealing with the public if you choose to! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Well, they must have been reading the earlier comments, because this version has a video of the habitable buildings and not just a video of the wreck of a building used as a working building/storage for the vineyard. At 50 acres, I'm still not sure if it's worth anything near the 850K Euros being asked.
The land is extensive , which is why I have made more than one video for the land and property. The habitable dwellings are rustic, and the "wreck of a building" is urban. With investment you not only have a house but also the lower part of the house a Bodega . The owner has over 30 clients who buy the grapes to make their own wine as he is now retiuring from this, but generates just from selling an average of 50,000 euros a year . Which is just from the grapes, then there are the olives and the olive oil produiction. A litre of olive oil sells at 10 euros a litre. The Vineyard has much more potencial and can generate a much higher income . This type of property is not for everyone,. After watching some of your videos, this the best I have seen even though it still missing out quite a lot, for the money being asked, I would have liked to see a better in depth video, with Ariel shots and a map showing the land. flowing water . Water is the source for life. Water is also the number one priority when purchaseing land , many people want to be close to a river or have a water source on the property. this property also have access to town water and electric

It depends what your looking for. this is a village house with a garden that leads to the river. Not everyone wants alot of land. If you are seeking land, then i have lands up to 20 hectares for sale . There is a property for every person. It might not be what you are looking for, but it will suit someone. 480p videos, for selling property? No links to the video that show the house, albeit once you do track down the videos showing the properties they are in 480p and are blurry as hell. Then you are forced to track down their website to get any extra info about the properties. This is not how to sell property; it should not be such a chore to get so little info.

The plot is too small for that money. The land owner needs to increase the plot size by 50-100% to make it viable for many buyers thinks me. If the plot size was double then I am sure it would sell quite quickly and maybe attract a slightly higher price, but it is very restricting as it is. Q. Does the current owner own any of the the adjacent land and has this plot been carved off a much bigger plot of land, and would there be room to negotiate plot size or is that it fixed in stone as it is?
no, the owner only owns the land that is for sale. For some this is ideal to have a small piece of land next to the river in an idyllic setting. the stone house is also urban . For thise interested i have other lands in other villages for sale. Perhaps there is the possibility of buying other lands close by to here.
@@jasonnicholasritchie4507 .. yes i agree with that. Not everybody wants a few hectares (or acres) of land. It brings a lot of work with it. Just a garden around the house is okay for many people.

This land is unique and exceptionally well located with views to the river as well as land adjacent to the river , located close to the village of Idanha a Nova within 8 minutes drive , The ruin can also be urbanised . It would be ideal for a retreat or something similar . The land also has over 500 olive trees many of which are over 100 years old. There are 2 wells and cascading waterfalls .
@@andrejkeke3736 Thank you for your coments which I will pass to the owner, however every owner has their minumum price especially when shared with other members of the family. Also this land is exxceptional in its location in relation to the village, as well as the views, there is also a stone ruin which can be urbanised and it has a well as well as many olive trees. There is also land adjacent to the river . There are many lands in the area of varying prices . The land is also a nesting site for a rare breed of vultures on the iconic cliffs. Not every land around has the same features.
I wish you would make longer videos to show the land and inside those ruins. Luis Baptista makes really good videos if you want to see an example. It would help sell the properties. You went to the trouble of traveling to that property, you might as well make it worth it.
Thank you for your feed back , i make short videos because i communicate via whatsapp and many of these can not be sent to the mobile if they are too long . Also if the videos are too long they may slow down an upload. Not everyone especially when travelling has access to desktop. So i make short videos . However if a client contacts me, i usually make a personalised video call and take the client through the land and ruin and at the same time they are able to ask questions.
