Just let your body rest and heal by itself by doing less muscle exercises. Don't force it, else it wont heal quickly. This may sound bad but don't workout till it heals. It happens to me, I'll stay away from straining it for a week or two, then the pain nearly or completely disappears👍 Drink lot of water and take a lot vegetables and fruits. I want to see you shine without any obstacle
