@@RABPWarrior There are plenty of townhomes available in the low 300’s to mid 300’s in Charlotte but houses that are new construction start in the 400’s -500’s in Charlotte and the surrounding counties. You would have to go to Albermarle NC or Salisbury NC to find new construction in that price range.

@@RABPWarrior Hi I have lived in Charlotte all my life and there are no disaster areas per se. Disaster can happen anywhere in Charlotte or the surrounding counties. The last big disaster we had was Hurricane Hugo in 1989. I hope that answers your question. Thanks for watching!😊
@@RABPWarrior we were without power and some areas were without water for over 3 weeks. Everything was shut down for awhile. My family had to eat our meals from the grill for weeks. It was the worst time I have ever seen in Charlotte but that was over 30 years ago and we have not seen anything like that since.
@@RosalindtheRealtorTV that’s good to hear. My husband and I are looking for a place to retire. Somewhat milder winters and a slower pace of life than New Jersey. We need to be in a diverse city. As seniors, safety goes without saying ☺️. My rheumatoid arthritis needs reasonably low humidity but I don’t think that’s possible in the Carolina’s… what are your thoughts?
@@RABPWarrior You are correct. If you need low humidity NC and SC would not be the place for you because the humidity is really high in the summer months from June - October. Other than that Charlotte like any other city’s has crime in areas but for the most part it is a safe city to live in. There are so many 55 plus communities that offer so much here and they really embrace community. If you decide that Charlotte is a place you want to live just let me know and we can discuss more. Who is affording , or thinking they can afford these. $515K @ 3% down is $16K + $6000 closing cost. This is a $4418 Monthly . Total house hold income of $150K GROSS with a $1000 car payment , $250 in monthly credit cards, student loans or any other reoccurring monthly with a estimated $500 yearly HOA is a 46% DTI. YOU ARE HOUSE POOR.

Looking for an exquisite brand new home in an amazing location with everything close by. A pool is a must. 3500/4500 square feet. I prefer not to start a build
Ok great thank you for the information. So you are looking for what call an inventory home meaning that the builder picked everything out and can give you a total price for the home. Have you been pre approved for a loan yet or will you be paying cash?
As of the time of the video the HOA fees were $34.00 a month which is $408.00 annually. Now that video was done back in March of 2023 and I don't know if that has changed since the community is just about completed. That was a great question and thank you for watching!
Most homes in this area are in what we call subdivisions and usually in a subdivision you will have an HOA fee required. However ids you buy your own land and build your home you would not be subjected to a HOA fee. These homes are located in a very wooded area of Huntersville NC. If you like the suburban feel Huntersville is a great place.
You are correct there is no river running through Charlotte and I never said that it was. Charlotte is a wonderful place to live and call home. We do have several bodies of lake waters right outside the city that people love to enjoy. Thanks for the comment and God bless you.😊

The home was beautiful inside and out and they used quality materials to build it but you just could not see the quality from the pictures. Thank you for the comment. The title says GAM .... BILL forest .. and rasta land called it GREY BILL forest ! Which one is it .. I am trying to find GREYBILL FOREST ON GAGGLES MOPS but it's not showing up !!
