I just made this recipe today, I am just eating one of my buns, it has been a recipe very easy to follow, they did come out very well, and they test delicious, they are quite big, they are light hard on the outside and very sponge like and soft in the inside, they are a bit biger that I thought, because when they were in the oven they glued all together in one big 10 pieces bread piece, but when they were out and could put them apart from the group one by one with no problem, they did get away one from another easily, i tried to do Scottish rolls using other recipe ant they did come out very hard, i followed this recipe all the way, only i add flour in the working surface much many times that in the video. thanks from Finland , i will do them again, and if i knew how i will put a photo of my buns.
