When searing steak most seasoning will burn. Just use salt prior and finish it with pepper or whatever seasoning u desire.

Deer meat should totally be an industry standard. But the issue is deer farms. 1 there really isn’t enough to keep it sustainable and cheap. 2 all the deer raised are mostly bucks and there trophy’s like 15 points. My buddy worked are farm near me. It’s basically as tight as Fort Knox. Soo they raising like 300k plus bucks. The doe’s are genetically the best does’s

Fcuk this here's how you make beef Wellington:: Get your lazy ass up and preheat the damn oven to 425°F (220°C). Now, grab a fucking beef tenderloin and season it with salt and pepper like you've got some damn sense. Sear that piece of meat in a hot-as-hell skillet until it's browned on all sides. Set it aside and let it cool, because I know you're too damn impatient to let it rest properly. Next, spread some goddamn mustard all over the beef like you're finger-painting with condiments. Now, grab some prosciutto and slap that salty shit on top of the mustard. Roll out some store-bought puff pastry like you're rolling out your doughy insecurities, and wrap that beefy bastard up like it owes you money.Seal the edges tighter than your grip on reality, because we don't want any leaks. Brush the whole damn thing with an egg wash, because we're not savages. Stick it in the oven and let it cook for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the beef is cooked to your liking.Take that overpriced hunk of meat out of the oven and let it rest for a few damn minutes, because I know you can't wait to sink your teeth into it. Slice that son of a bitch up and serve it.
