Bentt was 2 years older than Savon (21 vs 19), which at least partly explains his greater success than most. Mercer gave Savon one of his better fights allegedly, Savon was 20 to Mercer's 27. Nicholson lost narrowly to Savon (11-13) and he was 24 to Savon's 24, though I thought the fight was more lopsided than the score, in favour of Savon.
