I’m confused… I got a 23 450 and my air intake stock tube goes right to the gas tank pretty high for stock but yours is now lower than mine..?😂 someone explain
@huntenbambi bubba I can't decide what fucking exhaust to get on my 570 without having to do to much. Im.looking for just exhaust. So many videos and to choose from????
Mine was in the wiring up closer to the seat. Just wiggle your wires all over while having someone else keep whirling it over til starts. When it starts that's where the wires are broken
Hey man quick question, I’m having the same issues on off with 636 1 and 2z which if the two connectors there is the one for the CPS? The white one? Also do you know where the sensor is actually located?
Honestly, I do not recall exactly which wire it was since all the wires on mine had wear on them I just respliced them all, but the actual sensor is inside the flywheel cover I believe mounted to the engine casing, from what I can recall.
Great video. Had some issues this weekend as the rear belt intake design is piss poor to say the least. Question on the install. I only saw saw one hose under the handlebar shroud. Was the other one in there as well and I just couldn’t see it? Thanks in advance!
How far have you gone after install? I have had issues with wet belt on my 21 570 also. I worry if I'll have enough air flow but I'm in the process of doing the same thing. Except I wasn't going to do the top of the air box cause I don't plan on sinking it but tackling 18 inches of water I hope to not have a problem like in the past.
I just had this problem yesterday with my 2021 570. Just over 3200 km on it, my very first issue. Two hours away from home my bike died. Wouldn't stay running. So I called for a tow home. Got looking around and found the code 636 2. Touched the harnes and it started right up ran fine. Looked around and you could see where the zip ties wore through the wire.
Does you belt box still cool enough being closed in like that in ur Storage box .. seem like there may not be good air flow .. but like the idea May have to do my 570 soon
I haven't had any problems with it so far but that was and still is a valid concern. I debated 3d printing and installing smaller scale snorkel to install on the box lid just for airflow but still haven't. I can say tho i am very mean to my system and have not had a belt problem
Could always vent the rear belt heat up the back somehow. Got a buddy that went up under the rear rack through in to a storage seat. And it even heats his spare gloves in winter :)
Mine wasn’t spitting or acting up, it just wouldn’t crank just would turn over and over looked down seen the plug all toar and unplugged it unit cranked right up
