Great work. While spaceX destroys everything and celebrates it like children, you guys make careful steps forward with real engineering and the common sense of using the atmosphere itself to help lift and land your spacecraft.
Im sorry but the script for this is very weird and unhelpful in your purpose. Stop with the fluff. Although not hypersonic this test just felt like the Bell X-1. Your PR department should be spanked for letting you go with this script.
Good example of how important audio and narration are. They could have at least included a few subtitles for us pedestrians. ps: this same video exists elsewhere with full audio and narration.
That's exactly what I wanted to see: not a continuous shot of the landing, but Peggy-Sue-Piggie staring into the distance right during the money-shot! Great editing! Don't quit your day job!
"Here comes the throttle. Circuit breakers in. We have separation. I got a blowout---damper 3!!!! Pitch is out! I can't hold altitude! Flight COM I can't hold her....she's breaking up she's break...."
@@AviatorCharl It's a paper airplane attached to an albatross. It's a waste of engineering, resources, and money. The whole mess is a send-up to someone's ego. It's just not practical.
It's always sad to me that humans will spend so much time and so much money developing ways to kill each other. Anyone who thinks this isn't going to turn into a weapon is a fool.
