hmm, It should work for video. My first thought would be to check the video format. Make sure its accepted by Runway. They also only let you have 3 projects at a time if you are on the free version. If you're maxed out, just delete one of your projects. Let me know if these don't solve the problem and we can troubleshoot further.
@ten_tencreative thanks ill give it a shot, my original clip was .mov so I thought if I rendered a copy as mp4 that might work but I'll try other formats too

Doesn't remove SMOKE from either a white or black background - can you do a video on that? And please, from start to finish product (rendering, exporting, etc.)
