Benz put the seat controls on the doors so the seats are wider! with Maybach or even S classes you swipe your finger to the left then the handle pops out and the thing 8:10 is for the Air freshener, it sprays perfume in the air most benzes come with them most of those buttons on the steering wheel and center console are for different drive modes and exhaust loudness
