Yeast for fermentation is to some extent ok but pink colour adding is not healthy as it might be chemical synthetic, instead a small piece of beetroot may be added during fermentation for a beautiful natural colour. Also instead of adding yeast, let the water be added with sugar and lemon juice for natural fermentation

It will never decompose if fermented well. But after a month it may produce sore taste. So after bottling u may store it in the fridge if u want to keep it for a long time.
