I never could understand the directions on how to set up this devise, never used it one time in a couple of years that i have had it. I did find the original box that it came in, going to call Amazon for hel, before I discard it.
My sister hates that it wont shut off by itself...its hard for her to move quickly through the house, and she has to listen to the alarm over and over as she tries to get to where the alarm is kept...to bad it cant be shut off like the "clapper"... other than that its a great product!
