This was quite lovely. Not rushed. Simply present. I particularly liked your split/op cross arm snakes in and out of caps. Also that level change to horizontal and the pirouettes out. Nice flow!

This is quite beautiful, I'm really enjoying your flow and body tracing moves. Makes me realize I should juggle more slowly though, because when you do a lot of these movements I wish it had been recorded at half speed because my eyes struggle to keep up. Informative.
Slow is good! Fast can also be good but I feel there needs to be a balance in between if they are mixed. I do prefer slow things but I get carried away and forget haha. Thanks for your nice comment 😌💖
