Just to give u a perspective, how ATS dekivered project as a home buyer in ATS Triumph - First possession offered 4 years after OC. All Vendor payments of 12 Lakh done from own pocket to get possession. As builder claimed to had no Money. Even after 1 year of Possession Parking is not made ready. Even the first car park with flat is not provided. You are forced to locate vacant parking for hours and park. Basement car parking work is still in progress. Even after 1 year of possession and 4 year of OC club house is not ready ( 3 BHK side) Even after 4 year of OC lobbies are not ready. Second car park and Basement store promised as Adjustment to vendor payment not allocated. Poor construction quakity, had to get grouting done for all rooms, missing tiles and skirting can be seen in oroject and to top it all a very non responsive management and facility team who will neither attend to your calls or respond to emails if you have an issue. Once your payment is clear they dont bother.. If u still feel like risking ur hard earned money after reading this review of their recent project , be ready for the harresment of lifetime.

Who is even comparing sohna floors with these projects. First of all location of sohna is not comparable and then these are Ddy floors so can't be compared with luxury high rises
