@lincslegend6936 Agree. There's more to the value of a capture than just the capture and any place with 100's apon 100's of hungry carp all with names is about as appealing as plucking pubes.
Catching very big carp on the rivers isn't too difficult if you avoid following what most others do. I rarely ever have problems on the Lot. Prefer to never use a boat or dinghy there, nor on most other rivers. I have no problem leaving a bait in position for several days without reeling it in, and always confident it will be there to be picked up by giants, while in the meantime able to withstand nuisance species and crayfish.
Rob you are an awesome angler but when snag fishing you should be fully locked up sorry but school boy error and its also not good showing the public that.
