The scale of development in Birmingham is incredible. When HS2 is built, Paradise Circus, Martineau Galleries, Smithfield, and Digbeth regeneration, it will be staggering, despite all the beauty that was lost in the war and post war to architectural vandals.
Oh I love christmas Markets. They are so much fun.So much yummy food and beautiful Christmas decorations. Thanks for sharing with us. Enjoyed watching 🙂.. Kevin and Ange, Australia
Leicester is ok if you like cafes, poundlands, bookies and charity shops but anything else look elsewhere, and be prepared to walk there is no easy convenient parking. just miles of expensive cycle lanes that no one uses. This video paints a rosy picture in reality if you come to vist you will be in for a shock
When I was there in the early seventies, those bollards at 3 mins were on tracks. The lanes were adjustable to cope with the morning and evening traffic!
When you do these vids you need to stop at intervals and pan around so we can see the facades and the companies/offices resident there. I did see Kwik Fit however, I went there once back in 1967 to get my Ford car exhaust replaced. I left Leicester in 1972.
The central library gives me picture of someone who had load of scrap metal and didn't know what to do with it. Then someone else came up with the idea, ' You know what let's plonk it on side of the library.'
As a liverpool fan since the mid 70's, only been to Anfield once during 2018. Love it there, will definitely be back next year. Greetings from Singapore. YNWA.
I live in Australia and this is one of my dreams, Visit Anfield and see Liverpool play and Win, this video just get's me closer to what i hope one day live, thank you.
Also a forest supporter and I hope to we join Liverpool in the premier league next season Got to say Liverpool made Man U look like a bunch of strangers playing together for the first time last night in the 4-0 win. I think Liverpool will pip Man City to the championship and I wouldn’t bet against the quadruple or treble 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 Them and city are levels above the rest but I give Liverpool the edge 👍
They need to introduce safe standing and rearrange the season tickets so people can sit next to there mates a give priority to locals. WE create the atmosphere not selfie sticks
My first visit to Anfield was 18 December 1959 as a just turned 9 yr old. Bill Shankly had just joined the club a couple of weeks earlier. We lost 4.0 to Cardiff city. Next game was the next year same season, won 4.0 against Bristol Rovers. The rest is History as they say.
