This guy clearly doesnt know about v-tapers. Some of these excercises are questionable for example your push day being much longer than your other days and you didnt even show bicep excercises and completely left out forearms. Also dont do obliques if you want a v-taper as they make your waist and abs much blockier therefore not ideal for a V shape.
The most important point here is the color theory. Silhouettes really depends on the person in general, and hygiene and grooming is, come on, a must for everyone.
Why are the examples you showing of white people.... which sucks cause im struggling imagining these colors when i hate most of them and how they would look on me...
first step is being tall and good looking ,,well i am good looking but 5'10 ,,,so pairing with some thick insole in chelsea boots i might get to the minimum standard
If you ain't of African or Indian decent you cannot be brown skin, #facts... All the other races are either pink skin, red or of a peach looking complexion... the brown on ur shoes is much darker than ur skin, lol...

What’s crazy is that probably 10 years ago there were vids/sites saying the legit opposite when it came to colors lol. 🤔 Like how earth tones look muffled on darker skin, while pastel/bright colors looked better on dark skin rather than paler.
