My name is Brandon Hill. I was fortunate enough to discover my passion for filmmaking early on. In that time, I have done absolutely everything to get as much experience and learn as much as I can. Whether it be editing promotional videos for companies, getting hands-on experience on set, or doing visual effects work for professional productions, these experiences have taught me a great deal about the visual medium of film. I am currently attending Chapman University Dodge College with a major in Film Production.

Way to go, Wendy! In all seriousness, though, great job! Everyone involved is clearly young but you all committed. The film looks great (I envy whoever lives in this house!) and I like that while the actor playing Jack was doing a MILD Nicholson impression, it wasn't distracting. He still brought his own flavor. And Wendy seemed like such a sweetheart (and the actress's name is MONTANA WOOD? That is an awesome name!).

Teachers who kill joy because they think its encouraging... yep, been there... had a teacher who pushed with constant critiques and negative statements, and it worked... I aced everything... but it totally stripped all joy from something I used to love and I never went back to it.
Nice short film. I got away from music for many years after K-12 so I related to it. FWIW, the coolant reservoir doesn't actually get hot - it's the radiator that gets hot.
I love how this was written: the simplicity, the depth, the layers in almost every line. The direction and acting, too! As a dot in the creative sphere, I appreciate it even more now that I am a teacher myself. Congratulations, everyone! Thank you for this.
If you want to support people don’t criticise them. Critic comes from Greek and means division. Feedback them that they understand your intention. Especially as a teacher. If people criticise you first think about a went wrong feedbacking. Taking advantage from every expression instead of feeling yourself divided from the world.
I was 10 or 11,t hey put me in advanced classes: I was bored, I did better reading at home. Questioned my parents: he tested so well but does little in class. Sent me for psych eval: nothing wrong: I still did little even with support. Sixty years latter I learned the IQ tested at 135: never felt I was smart. No one ever told me so. A brief few words to mother, said she did not want me to travel to the special school they wanted me to attend. Sig transit gloria mundi.
This film is so good! I wasn't expecting this quality. The story was nothing like what I was expecting too. The acting, the soundtrack, the image and the compelling and heartwarming storytelling and message, everything was simply perfect. Thank you all for the hard work to produce and share your art. My high school chorus teacher was very difficult. When I got a superior rating at my first choral district festival my junior year as a soloist, she told me that the judge must have felt sympathy for me. All these years later, I am still singing, doing theatre, have performed at Lincoln Center, and work with high school theatre students. I did deserve it and made it work despite her opinion.
