For me it doesn't work :( I tried multiple ways and videos, but my tv just won't show, it says "no signal". Tried to go to display in the settings, but the pc only shows one display, which is my pc screen.

I like the exercises, but the vocal fry in the instructor’s voice becomes irritating during the course of the class. It would be great if she could speak with more breath support.

I came to this RU-vid video through a notice on social media. It was introduced as "SIGNS Your Losing Leg Muscle Mass." Please note that especially if you're addressing an older audience, you should make sure your grammar and usage are correct. It should read: "SIGNS You're Losing Leg Muscle Mass." That's "YOU'RE." (Not "YOUR.) Please fix your ad.

You do it great! But, alas. A lot of people can't sit back on their heels, or put their far arm on the opposite leg, or rise when pressing down, although I know you mean for us to pull the other leg through.

A minute or 2mins is too long & the speed is also too much for someone of over 70 or 80. They would definitely need to rest between each session. People would need to start with 10-15 secs worth & then work up. I don't think she has any idea how difficult it would be for someone over 80.

There is no floor work in this program. They also offer many other programs that involve no floor work.
