I had to google to check to see if there was any info on that. Apparently, the UVB rays in the sun affect men by triggering a release of hormones. For everyone, male and female, sunlight increases serotonin in the brain, boosting mood and helping people to feel calm and focused. Thanks for listening and commenting. I haven't written many poems lately aside from anti war and peace lyrics.

Yes, it's the same place. I've lived in one place for so long. Yes, it's a brush glove that I got many years ago. It's better than a regular brush because Blue tries to bite when I brush him. Marty was actually the same way. 🤣

@@justmagaji Thanks! I had him for 18 years, so I really missed him when he died. I had him cremated and have some of his ashes in a pendant around my neck. It's one of those pendants with a paw print. I know his spirit/energy has gone on to live in another life/existence, but it just makes me feel better having them. I almost didn't get his ashes back though. When he died, it was very chaotic with it being the covid pandemic and the vet was very frazzle brained nearly messing up the cremation. I had asked for a cremation and they had written down mass meaning a mass cremation, but I caught that in time and had them print out another form requesting a private cremation so that I could get the ashes back. I only had a few minutes with him to say goodbye. He had collapsed while he was eating one morning. My mom and I think he had a stroke because his back legs gave out. I was lucky to have him as long as I did.

You are so welcome! I do so horribly in the interview process, as well. I'm lucky that in my current job, my boss and supervisors gave me the benefit of the doubt and allowed me more time to learn. A lot of people aren't very understanding of people who learn differently.

Thanks so much for watching and commenting! :) Happy to hear that not everyone remembers those math formulas. I always had trouble remembering them all for exams even when I was in school. I definitely found general consumer math that I learned in grades 10 and 11 and logic that I learned in university easier to understand. I find that the most math I use throughout most days are the time on the clock and money management. It's crazy how school teaches a lot of things we end up not needing, eh?

I have read about EMF, but i feel that is unlikely to be the cause of my eye pain. My computer is in my bedroom, but my bed is on the opposite side of the room. It's an interesting theory though as I do have a job that requires me to order signs and labels on a computer and print out signs to put up in the store. I am confused why the eye pain would switch sides, though. The eye pain started the day after my aunt died back in 2013. Can grief affect the eyes?

@@HaleyMary I heard yesterday "the body remembers things too painful to remember but too important to forget" - That being said...I don't know...I would look at ClimateViewer content and think about GeoEngineering and how it could potentially play a role with the microwave weather manipulation and some of the particles in the air that gets into people's eyes. But I suppose...I really have no business offering medical advice...I just wonder if I'd had the full picture sooner if my mother and myself could have avoided some illnesses because we'd have been more informed...(And, yes, that machine...have you ever used an RF app on your phone to see how much irradiation is going into your eyeballs? Eyes are moist and absorb a Microwaves...)

@@0Eliza0 That's probably true about the body remembering. I unfortunately remember a lot of my childhood and being bullied in school and even the few times I've been bullied as an adult have been difficult for me. The eye pain started the day after my aunt died back in 2013, so I don't know if my body reacted to the grief even though my mind was trying to get through it by writing poetry and going through photos. I don't have a smartphone, so I can't use the app. I have a coolpad mobile flip phone. I have worn sunglasses for the past year and unfortunately still get the eye pain when the weather changes. An ongoing mystery. I'll call the eye doctor and see if I can see them in the next month.

@@HaleyMary I am sorry you are going through all of this...I would definitely try some natural healing (physical) things...in the time leading up to seeing the doctor...and jot down what makes you feel better or worse - sometimes Doctors are dead ends...may as well get a head start. I am sure that your body will be able to figure this out! I found that crying a lot helped my immune system during all of the covid craziness...lol...

@@0Eliza0 I called the eye doctor and am able to get in next week, so hopefully I'll get some answers to my pain. I do notice that when I eat fruit like apples and berries the eye pain goes away, also chocolate makes the pain go away, but I don't know why or if there is an underlying issue that hasn't been found yet, so I hope to find out more when I go to the optometrist. Other than eye pain I have had some light headedness when I stand up. It goes away after a few seconds. Such a mystery. I have written down things about the weather, my pain, what foods make the pain go away, the patterns of the pain. Maybe my eyes are just too dry in some rainy and cold weather and maybe I just need to watch some sad movies and cry more often. I don't know.

Hi Landon! I'm so behind on comments. I hardly upload these days due to work. I did this as part of a film challenge. I knew the pandemic was starting to last too long when I started signing up for webinars and facebook groups. I hope you've been well!

I don't really have trouble talking. I do have a low speaking voice, but that's more due to genetics because my aunt and my mom are soft spoken. Due to my soft voice, I often have to repeat what I have to say.

I loved getting outside for bike rides this summer because on nice summer days I go crazy if I'm stuck inside the house. Now that winter is here, I'm happy to be home when I can. I go on my exercise bike, listen to music, watch movies, read books and play with my cat Blue. It's Black Friday tomorrow at the store where I work. I have the day off so I'm glad to be missing all the craziness. I'm sure it will be just as crazy on Saturday. Are you going black Friday shopping, Ethan?

@@CinematicMaj That is awesome that it already came to your house! The malls are insane this time of year. I went downtown briefly thinking I would get a good deal at Shopper's Drug Mart on shampoo and conditioner, but they were all regular prices, so I'll just wait until I can get out to Walmart tomorrow morning. Yeah, I'm one of those retro people who still like to buy cds. I do stream some music online on youtube when something is really hard to find, but when it comes to pop culture music, I make it a tradition to order at least one cd a year. Some music I like is so retro it wasn't even available to order at the music store in the mall. I had to go to the vintage music store down the street from the mall and find it there. That's when you know the music you love is getting old, when it gets nearly impossible to find. lol!

That's really cool that you've bought some stuff from her museum. I'd love to visit her museum someday. Other than her cds, I have a video of her music videos, a dvd of her performance at the astrodome in Houston, a vhs movie about her life and a couple books, the "To Selena With Love" by her husband Chris Perez and "Remembering Selena A Tribute In Pictures and Words" by Himilce Novas and Rosemary Silva. It is so sad that she died so young. I wonder how big her music would be today if she had lived.

Yeah, I made this vlog in 2008. Sadly, the Earth is entering its' sixth mass extinction caused by humanity's greed. All we can do as a species is to enjoy the time we have left on this planet.

Thanks, Ethan! Glad to see you're still around on youtube! My learning disorder is something I've been ashamed about for most of my life due to underemployment. I have friends who are autistic/have Asperger's and have William's syndrome, so there are other people who also have challenges in life, but I have often felt alone and alienated from society with my disorder.

I chose never to delete my youtube channel. This is going to be up until google/youtube/the internet goes extinct. I've also uploaded this to facebook on my artist page ArtzabProductions. I don't upload much anymore. I was focusing on my open mic nights, but that came to a halt in March 2020 due to the pandemic. I hope to get back into vlogging once life resumes and I have interesting stuff to talk about. Working at a drug store, biking and seeing a lot of flat squirrels and birds doesn't exactly inspire vlogs these days. lol!

@@EthanJohn1986 Oh, you bet! I hope things go back to normal by the fall here in Saskatchewan. There are variants here, so we'll see. I did get my first vaccine though on the 1st of May through the drug store I work at. The ironic thing is on my way back from the store, I went on a bike ride and saw a protest downtown protesting the vaccine. People were holding signs saying: vaccines kill and such nonsense. How are you? Have you been staying healthy these days?

That is an amazing album, isn't it? I love the variety of sounds on that album, Las Cadenas reminds me a bit of a polka dance, Amame is a great dance track, Como La Flor, Si La Quieres, Vuelve A Mi, La Carcacha, Siempre Estoy Pensando En Ti. All the songs are so good! A few years ago before the pandemic and when karaoke was still going on, I would sing Como La Flor, Que Creias and Siempre Estoy Pensando En Ti. Selena's music is timeless.

Thanks for watching! I don't post often, but there was a 6 day filming challenge on facebook earlier this month and that forced me to be creative every day. I'm really looking forward to when the pandemic ends in Saskatchewan because I really miss sharing poetry and comedy at open mic nights. I don't think that will be happening before this fall or in mid winter 2022. My parents got their first vaccine on Sunday, so I'm feeling hopeful that we are seeing the beginning of the end of the pandemic in Saskatchewan.

@@marvira I did have some arm pain that radiated from my neck to my shoulder, but that has since passed and I am feeling much better today. Oh, I won't do it if it doesn't sound like it would be an interesting topic. Come to think of it, with my luck, I would probably get trolls on my video who are antivaxxers or something. Something interesting happened on the way back from the pharmacy though. I went on a bike ride after getting my vaccine and shopping and as I went back downtown and down one of the streets to get to one of the main streets on my way to the university, I passed by an anti vaccine protest. I was shaking my head at the irony of it all. lol!
