You have to hold the breath as you suck in your belly ... but normally when you learn to keep your belly suched in, you can breath while holding your tummy tight ..

If had c-section, after 3-4 months you should try this exercise in lying down position...

Stucked in belly is the foundation of good posture ... before any exercise u should tighten ur tummy ... it is good for digestive system, core muscles and cardiovascular system ... what makes u think it will bad ?? Plz share more details ...
