Its worse, i use a 14700K and 4080, im getting usually 20% less frames, 4080 never goes above 50% usage and my 14700K is barely at 15% usage, with RT it gets really weird, my CPU skyrockets to 90 - 100% usage and my GPU drops to ridiculous 30 - 40% usage only
Without RT it is around 130 fps with FG on and about 70 fps with FSR Quality no FG. Give or take 10fps for both depending on how heavy or light the scene is.
Note: After doing some more testing, I believe FSR frame generation is on in this game when you select FSR. It's on by default and there is no option in the settings to turn it off other than selecting a different upscaler. I believe that is why the frame rate is so unexpectedly high in this video compared to other UE5 games.
Note that the Grass disappearing bug with ray tracing is back (I thought it was fixed but guess not). In this video you can see the grass disappear as I toggle RT settings, but if you don't toggle the settings then the grass should be present.
Square Enix updated the demo to improve their FSR 3.1 implementation since I posted this video so the game does not ghost as much with FSR now. It might be one of the best looking FSR implementations. The latest AMD 24.8.1 drivers also improve the CPU performance of the game by a lot. In this video I was CPU limited at around 60fps in this castle area with CPU usage going up to 80%. With the new drivers the CPU usage is only at around 40% and now the fps goes up to 80 before being CPU limited.
AMD or Overwatch devs need to fix it. You can't really solve it, but you can mitigate it a bit by launching the game and joining a custom game with a lot of players and just spectate for maybe 5-10 minutes. Keep an eye on your CPU usage, it should drop once the shaders are cached and hopefully the game should be smooth after that.
@AndyHDGaming make sure that recording desktop option is off. Sometimes a clean install of drivers also help but, make sure to wipe previous drivers with ddu. Also OBS its always an option.
According to steamdb, it looks like they are working on a patch for this game for the last few months. I'm not expecting much from it, maybe they will just remove denuvo, but I hope they can fix the port since the game is great and deserves a better port.
Check out this video by ancient gameplays: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N42LsPDn6Ts.html It shows how to install the mod. it's an older version in that video but the steps should be the same.
Looks and feels good but there are still some artifacts around when you move the camera so it is not perfect. It's a good feature if you have a really high refresh rate monitor.
For the best experience, afmf2 is best used with an FPS of at least 80 frames, then the delay will not be felt. In any case, the picture becomes smoother. Afmf2, in my opinion, is not a tool for pulling 40 fps into 80 fps, but 80 fps into 160, in order to make gameplay on 165Hz monitors better.
@@АндрейСизов-л5я yep...same idea. I ask some opinion around and from my test Is like you Say. I have 7900xt...when you have a base 80 100 FPS and bump to 200 First of all you dont Need to activate anything cuz you have already the smoothness, 2nd One its really hard to feel the difference btw 100 and 180/200 with afmf...
@@АндрейСизов-л5я a real help for US Is to enjoy some RT title with base 40 FPS and try to increse around a real 100 FPS experience with frame gen and a good upscale like Nvidia do. Stop 👍🏻
Motion smoothness improves for sure but there are still some artifacts when moving the camera around like the original AFMF. With the reduced input lag it is still playable even with such a low fps compared to the original.
To be honest I have not used lossless scaling. If i had to guess I would say input lag should be much better in AFMF 2 compared to lossless scaling but image quality you can decide for yourself after trying.
Hi, I don't think I had any special settings. The main thing would be checking the Graphics settings in Cemu. I have Vulkan API, make sure your graphics card is selected and not your 12400 gpu, and async shader compile ticked. Most other settings should be default.
I love my AMD, but Nvidia takes the cake in this game. It runs so much better with DLSS. >_> Btw: can I ask if you have weird stutters while playing TFD? Im having those every now and then in the game. Also in Wuthering Waves, which is really weird. Im on a Sapphire RX 7900XT and Ryzen 5800x3D with 32 GB.
Yes this game has the typical Unreal Engine traversal stutter when you are moving around the areas and something new is loading in. I haven't played Wuthering Waves, but that looks like it is an Unreal Engine game too, so probably the same stutters there.
Thanks for that note on how to activate the function, I wanted to try that on my own as well with my rx 6600 xt and only the API error came out despite the game that meets that requirement ♥
For those looking for links to the mod since the old links are dead, try these links which still work as of posting: community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/2555-one-piece-pirate-warriors-3-mods-unlocker/ gamebanana.com/tuts/12790 (just the render distance mod from here, which should be the same as the above link but just with a different download link) Hope it helps.
Hi, buddy. A while ago I saw a video of yours titled "One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 PC Max Settings Gameplay 1080p/60fps". It just so happens that I like the game and I wanted to add some mods to improve the graphics. Unfortunately, the link to the original creator of the mods is no longer available. I wanted to ask you if you still have the mods on your PC? It would be very helpful. Thanks for your time (Sorry for my english)
Hi, unfortunately I don't have the mod files since I'm using a completely different PC now. i did just google and find some links for you, I am not 100% sure it is the same mod but it seems to do the same things. Here are some links: community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/2555-one-piece-pirate-warriors-3-mods-unlocker/ gamebanana.com/tuts/12790 (just the render distance mod from here, which should be the same as the above link but just with a different download link) Hope it helps.
Yes there is UI flickering on the crosshair as shown in the video. It seems better when you turn vsync on, so you can try that. Not sure how to turn the crosshair off, might be in the options somewhere.
Hi, it's amazing for all uses IMO. I don't really have any complaints, it's great for gaming, web browsing, watching movies, TV, HDR etc. Only thing I would say is check out the new 32 inch 240hz oled monitors if you're only going to be doing PC gaming. Pricing is also important, don't buy this TV at full price since they can go on sale for a really big discount depending on where you live, and compare the price with the 32 inch 240hz oled monitors too.
@@XDDX_NZ Well that's that then . Sold . Thanks mate :) (edit) I have checked them out and they are tempting , but the c3 is about £300-400 cheaper where I am . It's larger and the fact that it's a TV appeals to me (for football) ☺
@@madhaze0126Enjoy! The image processing is really great for non gaming content. Monitors don't have anything like that so I didn't expect anything but it makes you want to watch more content with how good the TV makes it look.
@@XDDX_NZ Hi , yes it was ultimately the ability it has to support custom resolutions and have them look sharp that won me over . You can play in a smaller window , widescreen etc for more FPS or for when you fancy a smaller screen or something different . So versatile . It's what many youtubers use to test GPU's at different resolutions . I'm on a 34'' ultrawide atm I love it , the good thing is I can still have it on the LG C3 I'll be buying it near the end of March , treat myself for my B'day ;)
@@madhaze0126Ohh that's interesting. I wanted to try doing that but I completely forgot about it until reading this. Might try out some ultrawide resolutions and see how they look. I think the LG C4 might be coming out around the end of march too, but it will likely be a lot more expensive than the C3, and by that time maybe the C3 will be even cheaper too, so should be great value!
From the games I play, only Destiny 2 and Overwatch 2 had the stuttering issue before. With this driver Destiny 2 seems totally fixed, but Overwatch 2 is still not fixed. It is not a big deal for me, but for people with slower/older cpu's it would be more annoying since it might take them 15-20 minutes of stuttering to cache the shaders.
No, not for how I play, which is capping the FPS under 120 and turning the settings down a bit. If you want really high fps at lower resolution then the CPU might bottleneck in some cases.
Hi, yes there is a lot of micro stuttering on AMD in this game (and some other DX11 games) the first time you play the game. I think it's related to shader compilation so every time you see a new effect the game might stutter slightly. After a while, maybe 30 minutes - 1 hour it should be pretty smooth.
Just a test to see how much this game still stutters on the latest patch as of uploading. A lot of people say this game runs perfectly with no stutters, but as shown in the video the game still has shader stutter every time you do something new. It's not unplayable but still annoying it has not been fixed after so long. The game also doesn't run very smoothly in the uncapped FPS mode, the frame pacing does not seem correct. The 60fps mode feel much smoother and has lower input latency (likely due to the GPU not running maxed out). This was tested with a fresh shader cache on a RTX 4070ti and 13600KF system.
Updating my impressions since I actually played through the entire game over the last month and the experience is actually 'ok' after the initial shader stutter shown in this video. If you don't update your video card drivers in the middle of your playthrough or the game doesn't get a big update wiping your shaders, the stuttering is not too bad after the first 10-15 minutes or so. The game is still really heavy on the CPU and GPU and if you have not played the game yet, just wait until all their updates and DLC are out as I doubt the game will get any worse.
