In short, sometimes you may not be able to replace the real person but maybe that's the key - have AI create Rod: to act like Rod, talk like Rod, be like Rod, smile like Rod, be as passionate as Rod and then create the same type of video that you just created. Passionate people cannot be replaced by another person alive or via AI.

THIS IS A GAME CHANGER!!! I've had some time to play with ChatGPT and learned what people are talking about ... and it blows my mind what this can do! From real estate descriptions to getting ideas for a vacation in Greece, to writing a sales pitch, to getting ideas for a vision board, this is amazing. Sure you need to edit, modify and review, but we're on the cutting edge of AI. I can't believe the detail this program can go into on some things ... in seconds. I asked it to do some things that would have taken me 45 min or more, and expected a result comparable to hiring a Fiverr person from Indonesia ... I was expecting junk ... and I was blown away! This program will help you build margin! WARNING ... this will put a lot of people out of business too. You'll need to change and adapt, or many will find themselves like the toll-collectors that used to populate our nation's toll roads! One day in the not to distant future, you'll say, "Seri (or Alexa ... or Hey Google ... ) sell my house" and 'she'll" prepare a beautiful listing, put it on a service like MLS, order someone to place a lockbox and take pictures, promote it online ... and fill out an offer when a buyer is ready ... and more! (and for a heck of a lot less than the percentage that Realtors now charge to sell a high end home). It's coming ... maybe in our lifetimes. What do you think!?
Super interesting. I'm old enough to have seen technology make a lot of the low hanging fruit in various professions disappear! What I can't figure out is where all the time (and money) goes that technology has saved us!
Yes. Good message. With “disruption” comes great opportunity. As a CRE broker, we need transactions. Disruption brings that. I learned a long time ago, that the harder and smarter I work, the better the economy seems to be!
