I can not find a help how to setup public storage for every tenant, if you are using tenancy by path, so If you want to have a public files for each tenant, how to setup it? beacause, the storage is for example /var/www/html/storage/suffix_tenant and inside this dir, how to make files visible from url, like they are in public directory and you can access yourdomain/tenant/sometextfile ?
Hello, nice video. One question, im trying to implement this into an application that is fully implemented using extemsions and concord. And im having difficulties doing so. Any advice?
amazing tutorial mate could you please tell me how to send a user verification email after a tenant registered from the central domain. the verification email with have the tenant subdomain url
Please do more - it is about the questions - so perhaps you could try to unpack your though process around what questions to ask and how to phrase them. certainly no need to apologise or be nervous/insecure - you laid out the objectives and context up-front ; that's enough - because the apologies start to become repetitious 'filler'. Your 'in-screen' commentary works really well - so when you get stuck you can move on and know you can use this to fix it later. Only thing to add - which would be super helpful is your though process around 'barking up the wrong tree', or when chatgpt "is lying to you". This is really useful as it is my biggest bugbear, how to know when the problem is me, the information I've been given, or a set-up conflict (current/context) problem. It's almost a 'backtracking' problem for an infinite maze, when I don't reach the end, but I don't know if I'm near the solution and 'shouldn't give up', of on the 'wrong path' and need to back track and find a different solution.
When I saw existing application I thought you would show how to configure this package in an already developed application. The challenge is to modify a single user app to a multi tenancy one. Sure the video helps to configure using Postgres and all, but it is not on an existing app
Hi mike, excellent video, I am not understanding the use of tenancy_tenants database, can you please explain? And also I am getting 'Class "app\Tenant" not found' error for 'php artisan tenants:migrate' command My 'Tenant' model is in the app folder and in the tenancy.php config mentioned ''tenant_model' => \app\Tenant::class,' Please help. Thank you.
Nice demo! I'm working my way out of the script kiddy phase trying to learn Rust for a personal webapp project. I'll definitely have to look at GPT to have that "mentor" to ask for help with various aspects, but mainly for the web portion.
@@kedotdev Honestly its hard to say because chatgpt has changed the game in some ways. I'm not sure what to spend time learning as I don't know what will be relevant in the future.
Thanks. It should work great for Unity! I used ChatGPT a few weeks ago to get started with Unreal Engine. It definitely pointed me in the right direction to find the appropriate resources. Perhaps I’ll be unveiling me “new” office backdrop soon. 😂
Awesome, thank you! What are you into? I've been using Open AI's Playground (GPT-3) to assist with web development. I've also created my own training models to generate custom JSON strings from natural language for some of my projects. I'm all about learning how to work efficiently and saving time! 😓⏱️😀
Bro, your video quality is so good, I thought this was a million sub-channel. My only suggestion is to remove the mic from the webcam view as it is just annoying to see throughout the video.
Hi, I hope that somebody help me, how can I connect a view which I made previously of the integration of tenancy, With my tenancy ? I hope my question is clear
It’s coming :) I needed an additional medium to help explain my thoughts and ideas. I have a website launching soon and then I’ll tackle MySQL and include some written resources to assist :)
Hey, do you have a MySQL app ready? If you want, I would like to do a live video converting your app to support multi tenancy. I can keep your app source private and scrub any additional details as needed. If you are interested, let me know!
Is this not working with laravel jetstream. I am getting a problem. If you can please upload a new video this package with laravel jeatstram. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us sir
Hi mike, excellent video always innovating. I need to ask you a question recently, I assumed that a security project would be the access control center for different applications, the system would manage the access permissions of each user to the different systems that are created on the server. What I can't figure out is how to handle route permissions for roles and groups from different systems in a single centralized application. I have handled the tenancy option, but still don't know how to fix it. how the security system can see the routes or access them
Thanks for making the video, I enjoy it, also makes make me fill curiosity about filament thus I work with nova but this runs with vuejs so... I feel that I don't want to mess to much with javascript
