What is the other strip next to the encoder strip? Mine is bent and I’m getting broken lines during printing, my printer is Brother MFC-J6955DW, I tried running print head alignment and also ran correcting paper feed to fix vertical lines, didn’t help at all, bery difficult to access the encoder strip on this particular model.
$30000 ???? For what ????? I bought a machine from China with the same specs and head and software for less than quarter of this price and it's working like a charm
Hi Ersin, This is normally an indication of the flex cable that may have a damaged pin, carriage sensor where the encoder strip runs could be damaged, encoder strip may have a scratch, timing belt put on backwards, or CR motor needs replacement. These are just a few things to look over but the link you sent is not our printer and we can not help troubleshoot. We wish you luck and have a wonderful week. Disclaimer: We are not liable for any damage with the suggested steps to review.
Hi Ian, Yes - In order to adjust head height the fan gear needs to be adjusted. However, this cannot be done from the front. If you have wavy material you are trying to print on, adjusting the head height is not going to adjust the material height. The adjustment of height of the substrate should be used by either manually adjusting the height or auto height. Your limitation is up to 5mm from the bottom of print head to substrate to get a good print that does not have overspray.
@@laurenolivero8040 i have a dcp j132w brother printer I wiped the encoder strip with chlorine and now its all white without coding bars The printer show a message " unable print 35"
Good Morning Msksn, For LogoJet printers we only advise to clean with 99% alcohol. It sounds like you may need a new encoder strip but we can not provide support for a Brother printer. Here is the Brother Printer support information: www.brother-usa.com/brother-support Have a wonderful weekend.
Good Morning Jorginho, The printer has up to a 5mm distance that it can spray the ink. Where the rotary ring attachment goes in this video, it can not reach there. You can however do a full wrap on a cylindrical tumbler or one with a similar shape to a pint glass taper. Thanks for the question and have a wonderful week.

Hi I have seen your video on RU-vid and we have to apply some wipeon chemical on stainless steel before printing What is the name of that chemical and how much is the cost of it.
Good Afternoon Pranesh, The pre treatment we use on stainless steel is call Bohle. We use this on metals and glass. Here is the link if you would like to see the information on it. www.logojet.com/collections/repair-and-maintenance/products/uv-metal-adhesion-promoter-100-ml

Hi Sword123, Sorry for the delayed response. If leveling isn't perfect then there will be an offset with white and color. On a conical mug you can not use the rotary attachment and will be limited to the curve of the mug. Please let us know if you have any other questions at info@logojet.com or feel free to call at 337.330.8471. Thanks for reaching out and have a wonderful day.
I wonder if you can help with this issue. I have an Epson L1300 wish is the same mechanism. I did what you show and still send me the same error...Please help me....0x71 APG HOME POSITION SEEKING ERROR..!!!
Hi Moises, I am not familiar with the Epson L1300. The following steps are things we would check on ours as a start: - Double check the sensors on the APG gear and make sure that they are not broken off - Not sure if yours has a large and small wheel with 2 arrows - These 2 arrows will need to be able to be lined up where the arrow is pointing at the other arrow. - Lastly, check the motor and make sure it is working properly. I am sorry we could not be of much help but at least this would be able to give you a starting point. Stay safe and have a great weekend.
Good Morning Artiprint DTG! I hope your Monday is off to a great start. That is a really great question. It really depends on the image size but most images can take from 1 min to 5 mins. You can also do full wraps on the cups and those can take longer. If you are interested in watching a live online demo, please let us know and we can get that scheduled for you. We would love to speak with you and answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to reach out to sales@logojet.com. Have a great week!
Good Evening Mustak! Thanks for your inquiry. Please check out logojet.com as we have our printers on our website so you can compare prices. I can also have an account manager contact you. What is a good email address to reach you? We hope you have a great week and look forward to hearing from you.
