For the price the old 70 for being a knockoff all the parts are interchangeable with steel I think it is a really worth investment to get that particular kind of saw it has automatic oil on it and some oiler but there is no safety brake on it and depending on what size bar you're going to get with it I'm running a 48 inch bar with a hard nose she is a monster and it runs up 404 chain

16.5 in rims only fit the that size tire 17 or 16 will not work with them you can find different tires on eBay for the 16.5 rim size and tire anywhere between a 25 inch tall tire to a 54 in tall tire but the only downside of running the 16.5s or are they charge you an extra $100 per tire now on top of the price of the tire I hope that helps
I use a spare rim, a car and a floor jack to break the beads. Works a champ within a couple of minutes. Some go easier than others. Rest of the job, couple of New China tire irons along with your selection of tools. Air up, balance and good to go.

Got it off the site Alibaba .com I think I paid less than $300 for it $105 CC saw 48-in hard nose bar with a 404 chain it is a knock-off steel chainsaw but all steel parts fit this saw you just have to look for good deals on the site I hope this helps
