I bought a set but am often hitting them high and short. Should you still try to compress the ball with them? I seem to get better distance when I sweep them, even though it feels like I’m hitting them thin.
Very forgiving wedge, this CBX ZipCore. Currently using it in a 50* gap wedge, and even though it doesn't feel or sound as nice as hitting a bladed wedge, I will continue using it for now just for the sheer amount of forgiveness it offers, especially when playing in wet, soft, and mucky conditions. May go back to using my bladed gap wedge when the turf is drier and firmer in the heat of summer.
was curious as to what the difference is between the Standard and Draw models? Is their internal heel weighting in the Draw model or is it simply more upright?
I just ordered the 3+ Hywood and i have a Question would i be better to also get the 4+ hywood 20 degrees or a 7 wood at 21-23 degrees interested in your thoughts thx cheers from Canada
I have the 3 hywood, average 230 yards from the fairway and center of the fairway every time. Better than any 3 wood I've ever owned...and I've owned them all.
I just switched today from cbx 52, 56, 60 to RTX 54 & 58. Haha I hope I don't regret it now! I have gap wedge and PW in my iron set already and was tired of carrying 5 wedges. I have a feeling I'll like the RTX for less than full shots but miss the CBX on the full ones. Took them out for a practice spin today and they are different for sure
I have the CBX 60deg in my bag, I love it so much. It's just easy off the face - the spin is phenomenal!! I am going to purchase the 52 and 56 this weekend!! Simply amazing clubs!
