Can somebody help me with a question? My 2011 canyon with the i5, starts and idles rough with the first start of the day. Then, after just a few seconds, this high pitched vacuum noise comes on that sounds exactly like a vacuum cleaner, goes away, then it idles smoothly. Any thoughts?
I put a new output seal and now the drive shaft doesn’t go in more than 2 inches. I’ve tried everything. Yes it’s fully seated in and there are not any obstructions. What can I do?
Yup strange bumping noise thought it was from the rear springs, I’d have put money on it. Had to change output seal on transfer case so greased spline, well guess what no more noise at start and stop. Thanks for your vid! 👍👍
Thank you. The glass bulb projector lens inside one of my W205 headlights bought from Unique Style Racing somehow got dislodged and was just loosely jostling around inside the assembly. The company ghosted me when I asked for help so I used this video to remove the headlights, and then other videos to open it up to fix it.
Well, certainly much better than I thought it was going to do!! This truck seems to be very good at off road driving in deep mud!! Nissan xterra 4x4 is a great little off road truck 🚚
My mechanic had a really difficult time putting the cover back on after he took out the filter to look at it. Is that normal, do you think? Also, he topped off the washer fluid and spilled it all over the place. Can that cause damage? Then the hood didn't drop down automatically under its own weight, and he had to forcefully push the hood down with difficulty. Since it is a Ford Dealership, I am concerned. He also couldn't tell me anything about whether the tires are seasonal. It is a 2022 SEL that I purchased from the same dealer.
Changing this filter is very very easy and simple. I'm surprised he had problem with it. Washer fluid is ok... I would worry if he spill brake fluid - that one is very corrosive.
Today I tried to change the bulb on the left low beam...but did not work, was a lot more difficult than your video...ended cutting those stupid plastic sticks on the black plastic adapter...didn't work also. I think will have to find somewhere a new adapter...🤬. Thanks for your video!
It is pain in the back to change bulbs in Suzuki Vitara, the worst I have ever did... Sorry I didn't want to bother people with my 10 minutes struggle 😉
Just as an added safety precaution. Before you pull the wiper blade arm back. Put a protective mat on your windscreen. Just in case the bare blade arm slaps back. I use the rear passenger floor mat.
What the video doesn't tell you is that the new wipers you can't buy at Costco!!! Typical cheap wipers you buy do not have the fittings to attach to the wiper arm. Pay attention to the wipers you buy. Even if Amazon says they'll fit, they only check the length, not the attachment mechanism. Be prepared to pay $$$$$
Just changed them on my girlfriend's car. You have to have a parts store grab them from the back,if they even have them in stock. Natural Mercedes-Benz fashion, extra $$$ even for wipers.
Done!. Thanks to you and this video this 64 year old with very weak technical skill was able to change the battery on a 2018 Mercedes C-300 and I kept all the settings..You saved me about $800. Thank you!
