Fantastic piece here. You have some super rich, deep color work; especially the reds in the rose. So saturated- this is really well done. -Best of luck on your art and your channel, and much support from one artist to another. Liked and subbed.
Thank you so much Larry. I'm glad that you enjoyed this video. This is the first of a series I am creating using various techniques. Thank you for liking and subscribing.
This is a great video, LLindall1! I really like how you used masking tape to create shapes! That is so clever and you've really inspired me to experiment with paints and masking tape! I've liked and subscribed to your channel so keep up the amazing work! ❤️
Hello. That's very nice! How did you manage the "wet on wet" effect in the background, without touching both white areas? If you want, you can have a look to my butterfly as weel :-) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-w3po-09FM5A.html
Hi Steve, Sorry for the late response to your question. Here's the answer: I wet the area to be painted with water then carefully go up to the existing painted area after it has dried. The paint will only flow where it is wet. It leaves a hardened edge. Hope this helps. By the way I saw your video and thought it was very exciting and energetic. Thank you for posting your comments.
