0:04 I wouldn't make the collision shape that way with your player. It can cause collision and performance issues, instead, create a new collision 3D node and set the collision shape to a capsule.
That’s all they do for the “ps5 games” nowadays bro their is no exclusives anymore its just pure remasters it’s like TLOU2 getting a remaster it’s stupid…
bring the right stratagems and its easy. commandos, rail cannons. energy cannon...all take care of the air, and you NEED to not let em stack up like this.
theres no reason for fire effect nerfs, you unlock napalm strike in stratagems which costs ingame money, you unlock an upgrade on your ship for fire effect damage boost , the flame thrower was a high risk high reward gun, and it doesn't always reward, it was good where it was . RIP to even more guns, also i felt what you said about literal hordes in the last update and the off discord furries... thats wild they'd let all sorts of individuals of devious convictions mess with their image
honestly, I have no fucking idea why you would complain about the grenade pistol change, because its stronger now. You don't need to hog resupplies just to refill so you can actually use it offensively sometimes. Also like, the breaker incendiary is still viable, you just need to think out your loadouts slightly more than just equipping only it for killing small enemies and having everything else kill big targets. The ammo change was a fair way to do this and the recoil feels nearly the same. You can also just tap fire at hordes and set them on fire if you really want that crowd control. There are also other viable guns. The cookout is a new one but it works well for both factions, especially on killing berserkers in bots. The tenderizer is nice gun with good stopping power. Especially good at killing hunters. Arc Blitzer is great for bots and much more fun to use now that you can hold down to fire. I am slightly biased as it has been a personal favorite of mine since release and even before its buff. Explosive crossbow is a great choice for either faction since you can defend yourself well while carrying a hard-drive or egg. Also, nerfs in a pve game are fine. The highest difficulties are meant to be a struggle and that's how its been designed and balanced. If something makes them not a struggle then they nerf it. They also slowly buff other weapons to make them more viable on that difficulty. I also wanna emphasize, take a break. Like, play another game for a week. This is something you should do no matter which game you have been playing for a while. It makes you enjoy that game more when you come back to that game. This does work best if that other game is of a different genre btw. The flamethrower nerf was in fact stupid though. I do acknowledge its likely a constraint of the engine in the end and the nerf is needed to prevent a secondary from melting chargers. Also, remember they are very small for how large and popular this game is. And that the engine is old and abandoned so they have to maintain it instead of the people that made the engine. That's probably why some obvious bugs get found in live servers but they don't catch them in testing.
