The recent change in dairy products is abominable. SOUR CREAM THAT is milk & air INFUSED?!! The worst product you’ve ever distributed. You owe me $80.00 in poor grade ‘Gold’ Sour Cream that is 1/2 of what it used to be.
Organic labelled food is usually less healthy and uses more harmful pesticides (often synthetic). Using the term organic as a given positive is as dumb as saying processed foods are bad for you (processing a food can be as simple as just cooking it or cutting it). All agriculture has an environmental impact, industrial farming is the most efficient way of conveying those foods to markets and therefore has a diminished impact on the health of the environment. Moving to an only local farm system would have manifold benefits to you if you were psychopathic: bring poor people to an end, ending obesity (but not in the good way), damaging the environment, and ruining the economy. Also plastic recycling is mostly a scam 38% of a penny vs 24% of 100 dollars. The 24% percent is worth far more to the community. This kind of feel good corporate speak in your video is quackery.
It's fantastic to see ArtsWork still existing and thriving after all these years. That dream that began with tents out in the streets, performing puppets shows on the steps of the old Science Museum building or Spoken word out in the middle of downtown St. Paul, has come to fruition. Co ops are NO different than regular grocery stores, they ARE both SLAVES to UNFI!!!! They might have "some" benefits but still treat their employees like SHIT,are filled bs politics and have much higher prices than your regular grocery store. So much of the "organic" labeled food is mostly JUNK food with tons of sugar and crap, just because it is labeled "organic"does not mean that it is better.

Hi, Petra. Thanks for your question. This wheat-free flour mix was tested for effectiveness with milk powder. I would suggest searching for a wheat-free (or gluten-free) and dairy-free flour mix online to find a recipe that has been tested. Best of luck with your search.

So I just made this & it taste awesome. I used the meat for nachos instead of tacos and used garlic powder instead of actual garlic. Taste pretty good, not exactly like meat but it has a ton of flavor. The family loved it!
Coops that sell beer and wine should also embrace the health and fiscal issues that are associated. For example, alcoholaware.org run by physicians has an active campaign internationally campaign to change the warning labels as the are currently inaccurate and written by a corporate entity. "May cause health problems" is a phrase that kills thousands, destroys families. In an age of hash tags this is a cultural blind spot. I think or am starting to think that there may be no way of being a green consumer - you might have to be a participator. My main training is to be a consumer, so I feel some qualms about participating in anything. It seems like it might end the consumer life I like to lead.

Um. Whats that bullshit? You dont stop saying complete opposites. That little scale showed that sunflower was the oil with the lowesr burning point and should not be used for frying and then you show it in the little glass and say its good to fry with. Same with sesame oil. You say its only for salads and then you change it to good for stir fry. Stop bullshitting people
