Great video. I’m British. I saw you walking home alone (?) quite late at night. Did you feel safe, as safe or more or less safe than back home? I hope so 😊
Are you an actress - you seem to have very artistic inclinations.? It's not always easy to hear what you're saying - I think it's as much to do with the recordings as it may be anything vocal.
Hello charming Niki! your video is really successful, I love the brightness of certain sequences which really highlight the architecture of Lyon. Too bad it is short, it is its only flaw. And since you really want to learn French, I offer you my message in French : Bonjour charmante Niki ! ta vidéo est vraiment réussie, j'adore la luminosité de certaines séquences qui mettent vraiment en valeur l'architecture de Lyon. Dommage qu'elle soit courte, c'est son seul défaut. 😉👍
We look good for the most as there aren't very many obese people here unlike the US/UK. We also move a lot more-- bike, walk, do activities -- encouraged from school days as part of the Danish lifestyle. AND the environs are cleaner than most cities anywhere. I believe that adds to the 'beauty' that you see as well.
Castle closed! You have probably been there on a Monday. Several things are closed on Mondays, so people should always check opening hours. Check for closing time too, you will find that many things close early, compared to what you are used too. Work/Life balance! Yeah, Copenhagen is nice at summertime. Glad you liked it.
Hey Niki ! RU-vid recommended me 1 of your videos and I really must say you post awesome stuff , love it and I want to see you on top . If your average retention on videos is less than 50% than you need to invest in good-quality video editing to keep viewers hooked so that you keep growing . If you feel I am saying true to you . Feel free and let me know . I would love to help . I will manage to provide you best than your current . You should mention your Email .
Danish is a tough language for a lot of people. And a lot of the names of things and streets can be quite hard to pronounce, we just appreciate you making an effort :)
In Glyptoteket you will find the world famous statue: "The Thinker", by Auguste Rodin, as several other statues by this French Artist! The white statue in the Entrance room: "Vandmoderen", is made by the Artist who also made the Mermaid Statue. And the greenhouse is why you are still able to buy original "Madeira Wine". Round 1700 a Danish Warship visited and took home some wine plants for the Cph University! And many years later an illness erased most of the original plants, but some on the Islands remembered the visit and asked if the University could make new plants from those, to make new fields for making wine! Finn
@@finncarlbomholtsrensen1188 That all the wines on Madeira are descended from these two plants has not been confirmed. The story is not well known outside of Denmark. Personaly I think it is too good a story to be true.
@@klausolekristiansen2960 An illness attacked the local plants, but mostly some recovers. I have no personal knowledge about this, but have heard it told, so I assumed it was, mostly correct! Finn
Glyptoteket is actually the private art collection of Carl Jacobsen who was the son of the Carlsberg Brewery founder and also the man who paid for the Little Mermaid in Copenhagen Harbor to be made and many other things in Copenhagen, but Glyptoteket was actually built to house his art collection and for it to be accessible for the public. The only downside with my birth city is that Copenhagen is a very expensive place, but it has developed a lot compared to the Copenhagen I grew up in a long time ago.
