I wish you could show an example, I’m trying to run an housing ad and I’m not sure how well it’ll work as I am unable to adjust the age and I don’t really understand the anchor ad thing, does that mean I’ll spend double the amount?

Agently has been billing me for this service since November 2022, even though it is not available in Canada. I was promised a refund at one point in email and since then have only been billed again. If there is anyone to help me with getting this very expensive program cancelled, I would really appreciate it.
I commented on another video today that I am needing to clean up the business ads manager because of all the old stuff cluttering the account and being sure everything is set up correctly...Any way you have resources to help with that or can help trouble shoot? Facebook is not giving me access to speak with them directly Thank you!!

I have had an ads account for a long time and have had to start new ad accounts within the business manager because the past ads accounts get shut down for various reasons. I currently do not have ads running because there are sooo many things in the backend I am wanting to disconnect but when I have tried, it disconnects the wrong things. I want to clean up the business manager and be safe to run ads again and ensure the account is set up correctly. Any ideas of what I can do if I cannot reach Facebook because my account is not eligible to be verified and there is not a button to ask to speak to Meta?? Not all of my ID's are listed in the dropdown to choose the correct account in most cases

Paid $120/month for @invideoio and it was a nightmare. Videos hang, no Safari support, and outputs don’t match scripts. Worst part? They won’t let me delete my payment info even after canceling. Feels like a scam. Beware! #badservice #scamalert #videocreation #invideo
