I thought googling symptoms was bad enough. Everything ends with brain tumors or cancer. But after watching this video now im certain im a dead man LOL. 60-100 normal bpm and im over here with 48-58 bpm (resting) for at least the last 3 years. Im sure longer. And now im peeking at 184bpm while mountain biking. Hitting it close to that 187. I guess it could be worse. My friend has POTS, Shes also a killer ER Trauma nurse. She sent me a screen shot of her heart rate ranges . 47-197 😮 Thanks for making these videos btw! As a emt/FF they didnt go very indepth on ekgs. Normally its just the medic/FF on the box that reads it. Im constantly getting my own done to watch my T wave. Slightly peaked on all of them since at least 2011. Just not sure why. My potassium, sodium, chloride are all normal. Chronic high anxiety can cause sinus bradycardia and elevated t waves. So maybe it's that. Borderline hypothyroid. I believe that can cause T wave changes and brady as well...

THANK YOU I couldn’t understand it trying to teach myself but I’m a very backwards type of learner so this helped a lot! I’m good with remembering what the words mean tho !
