First of all thank you very much for the knowlege sharing.I have a range partition in my oracle database (SAP datawarehouse). My boss wants me to reorganize / rearrange the partitions as the archiving SAP job covers only 50Partitions among 75 partitions. SO he suggested me to rearrange. Is it really required to re arrange ? cant we just add the partitions which are not involved in the archiving job and get rid of the space issues.. If it is possible for you to suggest a video of merging or splitting or rearranging existing partitions in oracle db. it will be really helpful for me. Please suggest.

Question no 3 you solved with a nice approach. Suppose in department 20 if there is a tie between there are two people are getting top salary but the second highest will get rank 3 instead of 2. Dense_rank will solve this purpose. You can correct me if I am wrong

@@TechCoachSir, kindly make a roadmap video for Power BI developers like us who don't have real time project experience in Power BI. I'm getting interview calls because I faked in my resume that I have 2+ YOE in Power BI. But due to lack of real time project experience, I'm failing in interview. 😢
This is a great series. Excellent information with precision! Thank you so much. One small doubt. Is the order of columns in composite index still relevant? I had heard that now the order in index doesnt matter... If its still relevant then my bad maybe its about order of indexed columns in predicate.

2.) select d.department_name,count(e.employee_id) emp_count from departments d,employees e where d.department_id=e.department_id group by d.department_name; @TechCoach - correct me,if its wrong.
Instead of rank() function it is better to use dense_rank() for finding second highest or any other highest salary. In case of repeated values, rank() function skips numbering, that it jumps from rank 1 to 3 directly if there are 2 records with 1st highest salary whereas dense_rank() with assign rank 1 to both highest salary records and rank 2 to the next highest salary record.
@@TechCoach thank you for your reply sir , I just wanted to know whether we should learn python, aws along with snowflake to get jobs in India as I have noticed lot of companies are asking python and aws as additional requirements along with snowflake
