You’re simply pre-paying money you already owe on your🏡 The key is to start NOW and be consistent until the mortgage loan is paid in full✅ Using an online mortgage calculator with the additional payments option, input your current mortgage balance, interest rate, and the desired retirement date🎯 Of course, this method only works if you’re buying your home. What people don’t realize is that 2k in car payments can take away over 200k in buying power! What that means is that instead of qualifying for a 600k loan, now they only qualify for a 400k loan.🤯🤯HUGE difference. If you are planning on buying a home within the next year or so, DO NOT buy that new car. The waterfront around the lighthouse area is nasty. Brackish, shallow water filled with algae that stinks. They really should do something about it, but I’m not sure they can.

It's nice. The area near the train station off Rt 40 needs improvement and decent retail to move there. Just south of the railroad, over the bridge is kind of a shanty town area that needs improvement. As for HdG, make sure you're above the flood water zone.
