I recently (yesterday) injured my shoulder doing sparing I think I pulled the muscle on my rotator cuff which connects to a bunch of other small muscles and then I went to the ER last night now I’m in a load of pain 😭
I know it probably sounds a bit silly, but i dreamt i got stuck in a gigantic maze, it was dark, it was pouring rain, with thunder and lightning, I couldn't see where i was going, while there was something chasing behind me, i don't know what it was, but i just knew it was bad, and dangerous, and had to escape somehow, or at least hide well till the dangerous monster thing was gone. But it felt so real. So terrifying. I hardly ever even dream. But when I do dream, it's usually a nightmare, and they're usually very vivid. It's overwhelming. I don't know why i dream like that, i just do for some reason, and it's un pleasant. But i came across your video, and it greatly calmed me down enough that i was able to get back to sleep, so, thank you☺️❤️❤️❤️
Tips I know from experience: usually with the types of injuries you build for in this video, right after the injury, mobility isn't much of an issue outside of getting up/getting down. And it can even be not very painful after a quick rest, but oh boy the pain the days after is unbearable. I fell and landed on my back, landing directly on a sharp marble floor, and that same night moved a heavy mattress alone. The next day, I was not able to raise my arm halfway to shoulder height (I think over-exhausting myself played a role in making it worse than what it would've been). Thankfully, all I got was a crazy bruise. In my case, recovery took about a week and half.

Someone can jumped into my chest with their knee (handball) or I can bruise my hand so hard that I can't move it for weeks and it's not a big problem. But taking blood is a problem. A very, very big problem
