Possible new customer: Question #1 When adding supplies. How does the software handle price changes? Example, I have 45lbs of wax in stock that cost me $90. I buy another 45lbs but this order cost me $100. I now have 90lbs on hand. How does that effect my per unit price for tracking my product costs? Question 2: If I sell 10 scents and a customer can buy it in a 5oz melt, 12oz candle, or 16oz candle. Would it be best to creat one product for the melt, one for tbe 12oz, and one for 16oz. And then add variations of scents for each product. Or create 30 products for the 10 scents in each size? Question 3: Using the above example. Is it ok to set my EStore up so that customer search by scent and then choose the size option? If I do that does that mesh with Craftbase side of things? Thanks!

Would this be good for a tshirt company? I have 19 design and multiple color shirts. I was wanting to get to where when a black shirt was sold the whole inventory dropped for a black shirt in that size. Having a hard time finding.

I have a business that deals with using fabric. How would I inventory everything I have made this year and the current stock I have now? I'm so confused:[
Hi Victoria! If you have never calculated your material inventory before this point, you'll most likely need to start by finding all your receipts and entering them into the system, this will calculate your material unit prices and increase your stock to represent the total you have purchased. You'll then need to enter in all manufactures you created and this will then decrease your stock on hand to represent your current amounts in stock up until now. You can also use starting adjustments to "draw a line in the sand" if you don't wish to record back before the start of the year. We can walk you through in more detail once you get started, just drop us a message and we'll be happy to help :) craftybase.com/support
