Same problem here as in Deacon - "holes" in the back up vocals - part of the problem maybe that some of the parts may be being sung an octave too high, as it feels like there are tambre problems, so MAYBE this is why the chords are not "sounding" right. You can hear that the backup vocalists ARE capable of singing in the proper octave when you hear them sing "while you run around". Transposing the backups DOWN an octave just might be the thing that allows the full chord to sound. Once again, instrumentals generally good and true to the original.
inversions on the of the harmonies are wrong. Also, In some places there are "holes" in the chords - in other words, its not a full chord being sung. Instrumentals otherwise good, structure seems true to the original. The two sax guys look like they could be brothers!
Sounds oke, bit slappy. I don't understand the behaviour of the tall backing vocal singer...?? Why is she not joining the movements of the other two singers?
eh, she's too "white" for this song (it's OK to say that because it's OK in this nutball society to be racist towards whitey), but still a nice fun cover...in fact I'd be thrilled to be at an outdoor concert and hear this...I never hear Stevie Wonder
