I love your enthusiasm. And, you did a great video with the 8 Brocades. I loved the Flinched fist posture you did. I'm confused after seeing so many ways of doing the postures. You and another teacher I saw inhale into the punch. Does it matter if you inhale or exhale into the punch? Looking forward to learning more.
