This was really helpful. Most videos don't seem to talk about the set up, cleaning, storage, and ask that stuff besides just rolling paint on. As I'm truly a beginner at this, this is what I really need to know, too. Learning by running plate seems way too expensive! ❤❤
I would love to see more techniques. I’m new to the game and just purchased my jelly plate and I bought another roll because the first one wasn’t a Braden so I don’t know if that’s why I couldn’t get the print off the page and onto the print.
Do you necessarily have to get the BRAYEN roller or can you use another roller? I seem to be having a problem with getting the print duplicated. Is there a specific paper that you use because my copy doesn’t come out on the paper?
I have the Bearly Art glue, and have found that it will warp very thin papers when attaching to standard weight cardstock. My preference at this time is NUVO liquid adhesive, but shop around for the best price. Thanks very much for the review!
I have used both Art glitter dries too fast where Bearly art gives t me time to readjust my card stock but so expensive I do like that it has the glue top kit! so both are geat but glitter art is the one I use mostly for cost reasons, I use tiny bottles with the rubber plug that wraps around the bottle so i never lose the plug :( instead of a needle
I use them interchangeably but actually prefer Bearly Art. I have best luck getting a better attachment. Also don't like to worry that it may have gotten too cold during shipping.
this is an absolutely fabulous video. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and demos.. I actually really like both, but living in PA in the winter cannot get the AGG... that was why I tried BAG.. Glad I was able to try both...thank you again.. happy crafting !!
This is just the comparison I wanted to see. Your voice is so soothing and a pleasure to listen to. That is a win/win for me. Thank you. Barbara in Dallas
Great comparison! I’ve been using AGG for several years now. I didn’t know I was supposed to twist the cap on though. I tried BAG once but it just seemed like it was AGG watered down which is why it takes a little longer to dry. If I need more moving time I simply put it on a little thicker and that really helps. Of course, you would not want to apply it too close to the edges. As far as clogging goes, if I haven’t used it for a few days I just take it to my sink, run water through the tip using my paper piercing tool to clean it out and it’s clean in seconds. I live in a cold climate so always stock up in warm weather months. I’ve never had any issues where it went bad. I also buy it when I can find the best deals. 😊
Great video!!! The only comparison not demonstrated, is the actual time you might have available to make adjustments to the position of the paper after adhesion. I find Art Glitter gives almost no time and Bearly Arts gives me that tiny little bit of extra time, I sometimes need. I use both glues regularly, since for many applications, I simply want fast adhesion and in other cases, I may want to make a fine adjustment before it dries completely.
Really liked the beauty yet simplicity of the polka dot card. I also love how you cut your scraps down into usable pieces for tags, bookmarks etc. I havr so many scraps that just look all messy and junk in my drawer...hiw wonderful it would be to just take an hour or so and cut them down into usable sizes...not only will I have usable pieces when needed, but they are all so much neater and easier to store this way. Such a simple idea that Idk why I haven't thought of it. Thank you!
I thought to watch this just before I order a large refill bottle of Art Glitter glue. I am not sure what makes this video such a good one, but it is just excellent; detailed and clear, presented so well and the visuals on the 'side-by-side' very professional....just so good 👍 I am just about to scroll through your videos list now...to 'save' some videos to watch later 😊
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and insights on die cutting machines. I am happy that I can make an informed choice on which die cutting machine I will purchase. I appreciate that your presentation was methodical and to the point, explaining only the relevant details with no obnoxious music, or anything distracting from the tutorial. You also have the most pleasant voice. 😊 There are so many influencers with incredibly whiney voices! OMG! You don't know how many times I've had to mute them!
I just got besrly art glue. I have hated liquid glue with a passion previously. Tombow and i are not friends and the only good thing fir elmers is slime. I had heard of art glitter glue before but didnt want to special order it. Anyway, i live that the bearly art glue does not warp my paper. It dries very fast and i can put together Cricut cut pieces with ease and the pieces stay together. I had relied on my tape glun for everything. But now i am a total convert. If art glitter glue does dry faster then i wont be buying. There is hardly wiggle room with bearly art glue. It drys so fast. Thanks for the revuew, i gad been curious
You have definitely had a rough year. My heart breaks for you. I hope the rest of your year is wonderful and blessed. I'm hoping for a better year next year for you and for me 🤗♥♥ Hugs...Janie
Hi Maranda. I am sorry you are having such a hard year. It sounds as if things may be getting better now. I hope you keep your channel, but the most important thing is to take care of yourself and your family. Then you will be in a good space to decide what to do next.❤
Sending Prayers for you and your family ❤ I read this a few days ago just after I had laid down something that has been a big part of my life. I hope it blesses you too: ‘You can let go if anything in life, but never God’s hand.’
This was very helpful for me. One question I have though, are the caps and tips on the 2 products interchangeable? In other words, will the cap from the Bearly fit the art glitter bottles?
Thanks for the update. So sorry 2023 has been so hard on you. I will keep your family in my prayers. There are seasons of life--do what is best for your family right now.
Hi Sue, great to see your comment here! Thank you for your prayers and support of my channel. You have been, and continue to be, one of my loyal subscribers. I appreciate you so much. God bless!! ❤️
You know you don't owe us anything but now that you've shared please know that I'm glad for your outlook despite the experiences so far in 2023. I'm glad you're not too worse for the wear and tear, but have gained more life skills to make you better prepared to relate to others and point them to Christ. There are other outlets to stay in touch. The stress you feel in maintaining a RU-vid channel may not be worth it but you'll have to decide for yourself. Will understand whatever your decision. As for me, my youngest got married in the beginning of August so much crafting time this summer was spent on bridal shower invites and adding ribbon to the program for an upgraded look. Even put my hand to making roast beef pinwheels which my son has requested I make again. I'm afraid those were never to be repeated as no recipe was followed. 😂😂😂
I replied under my other account so I will retype my reply here, lol. 😅 I'm so grateful for your kind comment and it's wonderful to see you here. Big congrats to your daughter!! I'm sure everything was extra special for her with your handmade touch. God bless you and your family. Have a great remainder of the year! ❤
